Purpose

Built for fleets and facilities that can’t sit idle — when things break, we move. Black Label puts you first in line with same- or next-day dispatch inside our service radius.

What You Get

  • Priority access — your jobs skip the queue; non-member work pauses until you’re running.
  • Rapid response — calls between 7 AM–10 PM dispatched same or next day.
  • Coverage radius — within 75 km of Carstairs, AB.
  • Member labour — your posted rates: $120/hr business; $180/hr after-hours (1.5×), portal-to-portal; call-out $270 waived for members inside radius; +10% consumables; materials billed separately.
  • Emergency calls — 3 mobilizations/month included; additional at member labour.
  • Dedicated slot — a weekly 4-hour window held for your operation; released 24h prior if unused.

Boundaries & Terms

  • One active member at a time.
  • Billing start — coverage begins on payment date; first month pro-rated to month-end, then billed on the 1st.
  • 30-day cancellation; priority maintained only while the account is current.
  • Materials/parts billed separately. Travel beyond 75 km billed at member labour + mileage.
  • Service may pause during severe weather, unsafe conditions, or road closures.
  • Not insurance; no liability for consequential or production losses.
