I’m Kolt Tebb, a Red Seal journeyman welder specializing in clean, controlled TIG repairs on aluminum, stainless, and structural equipment. My focus is simple — clear pricing, careful workmanship, and repairs that hold.
Built on real experience
I started working in shops young, learning MIG and TIG through hands-on repair work, apprenticeship training, and long hours solving real metal problems — not classroom theory.
After graduating at the top of my trade training, I worked under a German fabrication mentor who demanded precision, discipline, and welds that perform in the real world. That standard still defines my work today.

Earned the hard way
I’ve been building with my hands since I was a kid in my dad’s garage, but real craftsmanship came later — through mistakes, persistence, and thousands of hours refining technique one weld at a time.
At 20, I earned my Red Seal Journeyman certification and continued building Kolt Tebb Fabrications on evenings and weekends until stepping fully independent in 2024.
Today, the mission is straightforward: deliver clean, reliable welding repairs without the drama that usually comes with trades work.
