Our 24-hour quote guarantee begins once we receive clear project information — including at least one photo, a short description, and any known dimensions or material preferences.

If we miss the 24-hour window, you’ll receive $200 off the labour portion of your job. This discount applies to approved fabrication projects only and cannot be combined with other offers.

Projects that require specialty materials, outsourced design work, or structural engineering may not qualify for same-day quotes — but we’ll still get back to you promptly.

We reserve the right to decline vague or incomplete requests, and the quote guarantee does not apply to those submissions.
